Kick-Off
During a workshop we go over a number of very concrete questions together. In this way we try to get as clear a picture as possible of the challenge, the strength of your idea and its possible implementation.
Creation
During concept creation, we will come up with as many proposals as possible and put them next to each other. In doing so, we thoroughly examine all the pros and cons. Then we will review everything and make choices, so that only the best proposals remain.
Validation
During the concept validation, we make the first sketches and determine rough specifications. This gives us an initial estimate of budget, time, risks, etc. Based on this, we make the final choice for the best concept and determine the timing and budget of the concept study.
Study
The concept study is the foundation for everything that follows. Here we will remove as many risks as possible and further concretize the concept. The aim is to obtain a clear project plan and a final budget for the further phases of the process.
