When you are looking for a specific profile and you come to us, we will see which of our engineers might be a good match.
We take into account three important elements: is the engineer available (i.e. is there another project during that period), does he or she have the right skillset and do his or her Core Talents fit within the framework that you offer.
Based on that analysis, we propose one or more candidates. Then you can decide with whom you want an introductory meeting. Someone from Absolem is always present at that meeting, if there are any practical or organizational questions. If you are satisfied with the conversation, a second conversation can follow to dot the i's and cross the t's.

We will then provide you with a contract proposal and we can start the collaboration in consultation with all parties.
If we don't have anyone available at the time or if we can't offer you the right profile, we will tell you that. We are not going to lose time by putting forward someone who is not the right match. Nobody wins that way.
