Innovation is at the heart or core of human nature. Throughout history we have developed ways to innovate: fire and clothing to keep us warm, to keep animals and till soil to feed us, etc. It is inherent in our species to be creative and constantly innovate.

If we define creativity as the ability to create something new or better, we can say that nothing can beat human intelligence. AI can equally or better come up with out-of-the-box solutions, you need human consciousness to make those solutions ethical and take them to the next level.
Climate
We strive to make our company as carbon neutral as possible. For example, we use green energy, which comes from sustainable sources. But we are also constantly looking for solutions that can limit our power consumption. After all, the most sustainable kilowatt per hour remains the one you don't use.
Environment
Our ambition is to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible. We are constantly trying to develop all kinds of small and larger initiatives to make this happen. This includes recycled materials for merchandising, reusable drinking bottles, filtered tap water, no flyers, printed presentations or documents, local suppliers and vegetarian catering.
Mobility
We give employees the opportunity to determine how they organize their mobility. They can opt for an electric car, public transport, an electric bicycle, or a combination of these. From 2021, every new car in our fleet will be hybrid or electric. And we also allow employees to decide for themselves where they want to work. In this way we achieve a 20% reduction in commuter traffic.
